Last night Dave took Vinny up to bed for the normal nighttime ritual of reading books. After the book reading they come down and Vinny goes to the bathroom and brushes his teeth. Then I go up to tuck him in. He told me that Daddy said a prayer for him and wondered if I wanted to hear it. I said sure - thinking it would be regarding his first day of school coming up. So, this is how it went:
Dear God - Thank you for giving Vinny Black-suited Spider Man. Amen.
:)
I asked Dave about it and he claims he had some thanks for family in there too! :)
